Processing & Handling Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday – Saturday, excluding major holidays).
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST Saturday or on Sunday begin processing the next business day.
Transit Time
Standard shipping takes 2–4 business days once your order leaves our warehouse.

Return Conditions
- Free Exchanges: Available only for products that are unopened, undamaged, uninstalled, and in brand-new resellable condition with all original packaging and accessories.
- Defective or Damaged Items: We gladly accept returns or replacements for defective, damaged, or incorrect items at any time — no restocking fee, and we’ll cover the return shipping.
- Non-Returnable: Opened, used, or installed items are not eligible for return or exchange (except in cases of defect).
Please note: We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or “wrong choice” on opened or installed products.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
Simply contact us at support@yourstore.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason. We’ll send you a prepaid return label (for exchanges or defective items) and process everything quickly.
